can you have one without clitoral stimulation, and only penetration? mine always needs at least a little touching. does an orgasm from penetration alone feel any different?

There are no nerve endings inside the vagina. Therefore, all orgasms are either clitoral, or mental. There is no such thing as a vaginal orgasm- if there has been no clitoral stimulation, then it's the mental stimulation that triggers the orgasm.

I've always needed some clitoral stimulation. Otherwise, penetration only just doesn't "touch" the right spots. I've always wondered if I was the only one.

Physically, some women can. It usually ends up as ejaculation. But most women need clitoral stimulation also.

Some women can even orgasm from nipple rubbing or thinking of a sexual fantasy alone!
