Happiness is not temporary, life on earth is temp. Life is what we make of it. Choose to be happy and live your life like each day is your last. "Now I have only good days and great days" Lance Armstrong

How could happiness possibly mean anything if it was permanent? It'd be a given then, an entitlement -- no need for us to get up and experience life to the fullest today, there'll always be a tomorrow. I think the concept of permanent happiness would change most people into eternal couch potatoes.
Now go out and live. The clock is ticking. And if you are already the change you want in the world, then you don't want enough. Aim higher. Keep growing. That's what it's all about.

Such a good question. But everything in this life is transitory. We are born, we live, and we die. Nothing lasts. I suggest reading "feeling good, the new mood therapy" by Davd. D. Burns. M.D. It's really good. You have to decide if "being the change is enough." There is only so much one person can do. But as they say a Butterfly flapping it's wings in Japan can create a hurricane. So every little thing has a consequence. We can just try our best. That is the best we can do.

Happiness is only temporary, but life is only temporary.
There are so many things a person can hold onto: hope, love, power, fear, etc. but at the end of it all, it is the small moments of happiness that made your life. It was the euphoria that was hidden in the core of the pain-filled passion. Life will be every single moment that made you smile, in the end.

i'll tell you how;
Not withstanding ur strange but second question(!),
i would say that its quite simple,here.
For i take it that you here are not blind;or deaf;or both.
And if you cannot imagine these limiting,unhappy things
then i would suggest that you look or "embrace" some fellow
citizens of this so-called temporary world and see that our
world contains more beauty and thus happiness ever
dreamed-of by the (changing) scholars and questioners and
even the answerers,contained herewith or herein.

If you embrace happiness in this life you will take it with you in to the next life and will be much happier.

Life is what you make of it - therefore , it's a good idea to make the most of it . Too much of a good thing becomes something else entirely .
