I read an ebook called "How Heinous Was Your Last Sale?" and it had some great advice for being a good salesperson. Pretty much just kept to the basics without being too formal. I thought it did a good job at making sales people feel comfortable with any type of client and leveled the playing field. I saw it on ebay.

Lots of websites have free newsletters you can opt in to. I get 5 or 6 a week. Lots of similar information but you can get a lot of good ideas from them.
