Because we're better than you: nicer chicks,cooler bikes & every biker, deep down, wants to be a Harley biker.
NOW FOR REAL: you probably meet a few newbies who think they're cool because they have the money to buy an image, right down to their 'Harley pocket protector', etc. Screw 'em---they are pricks. Most bikers don't give a damn about you or your bike unless it catches their attention.

The same reason pricks like you are allowed to post ignorant questions; the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the brave men and women in the armed forces give us that freedom....but I doubt you know the difference between the Constitution and constipation. I think you should exercise your freedom of speech and stroll into the nearest Harley dealership and tell them exactly how you feel. If you're really lucky, maybe someone in the armed forces will be there to save your miserable butt and give you a chance to grow older and hopefully a bit wiser. By the way, I don't ride Harleys.

Harley owners are some of the nicest people on bikes. Pricks come in all sizes riding all makes. Let it go, guy. Ride safe....(Metric owner here)

Most of the time people meet up with people who are pretty much like themselves. All the Harley owners I've met have been really nice. (I ride a Burgman 650.)
In fact, all the riders of all kinds of bikes I've met have been really nice.

Most of 'em aren't - but the machines DO attract a fair few yuppie "bike wannabes."
Harleys may be overweight, slow & evil handling, but if the owners like them then that's their right!
