Any forceful kiss without the wishes can be taken seriously by law. However if boy Kiss in such manner he will be punished on the spot by a girl on the street. If girl kiss boy in the street all of a sudden, then boy will thank the girl for that.

This happened to me once, not by a total stranger, but someone I barely knew. My wife was ticked! Reminds me of a question I read in Miss Manners. "If a girl kisses you at a party, is it polite to kiss her back?" Miss Manners says, "No, it's much better to kiss her cheek or lips." Anyway, if you see me, my lips are yours! peace

If a dude did that too me, i would be mad. people cant just go around kissing people. i mean if youre a pretty girl and kiss a guy it might be different. i wouldnt be scarred, i would beat his ***. same thing if a girl kissed my bf, but that would be worse.

no offence... but i would worry about hepatitis....
And it wouldn't be about what happened before a kiss... A random girl once ran up and kissed me and went to run away... I caught up with her and dated her for about three years.
