Sadly, the Military category here on Yahoo Answers is clogged up with questions on Iraq, or attempts at bashing "libs" and "neo-cons" over the war in Iraq. If you want to know more about Military History and World War II - it is the wrong place to go. In addition, the History category here often has questions/answers about World War II - but once you get past the all-too-usual Pearl Harbor - Holocaust - Atomic Bombs - Hitler questions - you will not find much else.

It is a sad state of affairs, and I have already suggested to YA that the History category be divided into sub-sections, like many of the other categories are, so far to no avail.
