Why do democrats think that everyone who is not rich should vote democrat?

Wow, that's a lot of venom. Well first off, democrats for the most part don't want any one voting for republicans, let alone the poor. Honestly though if you stop and think the best way to get votes is to pander to the most basic interests of the voters. Both sides do this. The last couple elections its been the poor for democrats and the faithful for republicans. Both sides paying as much lip service as they can to "earn" your vote. But can we honestly say that we are satisfied with either sides efforts? Can we be proud of the work our parties have done? Isn't it time to stop giving each other hell and start giving it to those in public office?

Does it matter if some one else is in charge ,or not , as long as you have a house, car, job ,food ,and all the entertainment you can handle and still manage to show up each day ready to meet the challenge of following the rules .

Democrats are on a one way ticket to self destruction. They cater to ever special interest group until they start to tread onto each other, it's going to be very hard to keep everybody happy. When they all come to their senses they will agree that the rights for all should apply to them also and they will look to the republicans for sensibility.
I think the reason the dems are so uneffective is because they have all their hands tied behind their backs because of special interest.
I believe the special interest for the republicans is the same interest most people have, making Americans richer. Regardless of anything except if you deserve to have it.
Obviously the VA is in the pocket of Dems since they have the power to change things right now and choose not to. It's sickening the way they treat our heros.

Well, I can tell you from experience what decimation you have done to programs that help those that need them and gave the money to the rich and to corporate welfare!!

You are so bad you cut the funding to the VA Hospitals after Iraqi wounded had been going to the VA for 3 years!

Name me one reason they should vote Republican? You have never been behind a policy that favored American workers, from child labor laws to the minimum wage and the 40 hour work week!
