Brother Married someone in the Army that gave him an STD, now wants a divorce.?

My brother use to be in the Army not to long ago, and while in the Army he chose to get married to a young woman just to make a little bit more money on his check! What a loser! But he has a girlfriend back here at home and what to be with her badly althought his slow butt is married! Now he wants a divorce and the young woman won't give it to him, also she getting ready to be deployed next month. He says that if he gets a divorce that she could take him for everything that he has. But never the less instead of him leaving the good life with his wife he chose to live back at home with his girlfriend and tough it out day after day. Everyone tells him to go live with his wife because she's better off with her than with his girlfriend. The wife has a big beautiful house, three car's and a very happy bank account. To tell you the truth I don't understand why he was to stay with his girlfriend living in a packed house. How can he get this divorce,does he have to wait until she comes back!
