Actually he said he didn't inhale. My question is,Why would America elect a President dumb enough to waste perfectly good weed by not inhaling?

No, but George Bush learned how to snort cocaine while flying a military jet. As a matter of fact, he was convicted in Texas of possession and daddy made it so he just had to do community service!
Before that Bush was an 8 year drunk at school and is still a practicing alcoholic today!
