I allot my time as appropriately as I can. I don't "tell" anyone anything. When I'm truly busy, ( & believe it or not--I sometimes need a little space!) I don't answer the phone, & I don't answer the door. People who know me wouldn't dream of coming to the door if it hadn't been mutually arranged. If I get a phone message that I consider urgent, I'll call back. So! There's no need to "make up" fake excuses!

I am telling them in a nice way i dont have time to mess with them, or i really am busy, but usually it is the first of the two, you know people just really demand to much of each other sometimes and there comes a time when you just have to demand more for yourself

If I tell anyone I'm busy , it usually means I'm doing a dozen things at once - or trying to .

Something where I really am busy. I don't lie to people and tell them I'm busy when I'm not.
