A natural philosopher is someone who is in the habit of thinking philosophically. Maybe someone who has had occasion to rediscover life and is imaginative could be considered a natural philosopher. Through traumatic life events, such as the loss of loved ones, or other life experiences such as use of hallucinogenic drugs, someone may look beyond the normal everyday life and become a natural philosopher.

Like I answered before:
Either it refers to having an innate (natural) penchant for asking and answering philosophical questions, or it refers to the term Nature Philosopher. I take it that you mean the latter, because you capitalized the term. Most of the Pre-Socratic philosophers were Nature Philosophers. In that sense, they were proto-scientists. They sought answers by examining nature.

That you've been smacked full in the face with a label designed by some shmuck who thought it sounded romantic. Accept or deny. Make or allow yourself to be made.
