depends on the vehicle. some are big and need the V8 like my husband's Dodge Ram. I have a Ford Explorer and the V6 is fine.

V8 sounds good! power good!
V6 gas mileage good
I like V8 better but I want a V6 when I get my jeep wrangler, good gas mileage.....

well if you want pure horsepower Chrysler if you want horsepower with reliability and simplicity Holden and Chev if you want to be Found On Rubbish Dump OR Fuc.ed On Race Day and always putting your hand in your pocket for repairs and fuel for an engine that wouldnt pull the skin of a rice custard you would go for a Ford.
