if the breathing does not work you are probably doing i t wrong
Breathe in for 8 counts through y our nose
Hold for 8 counts
Breathe out for 10 counts slowly through your mouth
really push it out.
repeat at least ten times, your nerves will be calmer, I guarentee it.
