there is more than one kind of heat, physically dress cool as possible for the location, and stay in the shade or airconditioning not too high much as possible. Make it to the cooler of the night it wont be such a fright.
emotionally and spiritually ease your mind and heart and soul

Fill up the bathtub with tepid water and lie in it for awhile. Maybe some bubbles and a ducky. Then get out and towel off and you'll feel a lot cooler.

Quick take off all your clothes, and jump in a cool shower then stand in front of the fan. Works for me.

lol doll. yeah, i would definitely recommend staying inside. turn on your ac and get a nice glass of ice water.
