I held an elderly lady's hand so that she could walk past the tight space between me and the chairs.

I made sure that a very stressed out lady was enrolled in her health insurance that day (yesterday) so that she would have one less thing to worry about. Our time frame is 5 to 10 business days from when we receive the application, but I could tell that she needed peace of mind even though her coverage will not go into effect until 09-01-07.
