If the state allows marriage that young, then marriage is a legal means to have sex. It is assumed that if you are responsible enough to get married, then you can have sex. I can't imagine any state would confer the right to marriage without the right to sex afterwards. LOL. Not that it is REALLY any of their business, but once married, you can have all the sex you want to ( with your husband ).

yes it is legal if you're married. 16 is the legal age of consent in most states.

If you are married then of course you can have sex.
And you can get married at 16 with parental consent to anyone.

Ah i wouldnt think it would matter.. If you're married then you should have rights to do whatever you want. Besides who the heck you going to run around telling your having sex!! LOL that should be kept to yourself on my opinion. But anyway like i said if you are consented to get married to this guy then that should give you anyright to do whatever with him

It depends on the jurisdiction (country and state/province).

Generally, statutory rape laws do not apply to spouses.
So an otherwise under-age spouse can consent to have sex, if they consent to the marriage.
