Planes will fall from the sky as their computer instruments fail,all home computers will crash, City water and sewer systems that run on computers will fail. Have plenty of water on hand. Also buy a generator since the hydro companies will not be in operation. It is possible that it will be the end of the world as we know it with huge disasters predicted. Keep your family close to you at midnight as it turns to 2007 so you can all be together if the end comes. Good Luck and Bless you All as we come closer to this momentous year - 2000.

I'm trying to figured this out if u are asking Ethiopian new year cus i know Ethiopians Will be celebrating millennium which is the year 2000 this September 12th. However if your asking the e.c calender, i'm afraid your are too far behind but don't you feel bad cus you have missed nothing. Its been the same boring year for all of us;)

Umm, people will be able to make calls from tiny phones they carry around in their pockets and handbags. A TV thingy with a typwriter attached to it will be common place in most homes.
