yes, for the short term a few effect us all in a good way, but in the long run, the fall short of anything promising. But the few good things do not make up for the bad long term effects.
Its kind of like my governor's idea of leasing the lottery. In the short term all the current bills can be paid and taken care of, but in the long run much less revenue will be coming in from it, more money problems to occur later.

Gas is more, food is more, medical insurance is more, housing has skyrocketed in the past 5 years. Everything that Americans spend the majority of their income has gone up way beyond the rate of inflation. So, no I can't figure out how anything is better for me as an individual. It's become pretty damn expensive just to survive sine Bush took office.

I find his disregard of the Constitution to be unacceptable. He should allow for oversight into his administration's activities concerning security. His administration has been entirely too secretive even in matters where it is completely unnecessary. I have no confidence in his leadership.

Globalization is beginning to threaten my job. I have felt an uneasiness since he has been president that I have not experienced since the Cuban Missile crisis. That uneasiness is more due to Bush policies than to terrorism.

Yes. I feel pretty sure no one is gonna bomb a building today.
And, as a Middle Class American, I save about $5,000 a year in taxes, which I invested, and have paid cash for both daughters weddings.
I refinanced my house a couple years ago for a 15 year 4.75% interest rate, so my payment is lower than it was at 30 years.
Oh, and I have been able to semi-retire, starting my own business.
So, I guess I did OK.But I did OK under Clinton too, just a little easier under Bush.

All I know is I am making the same amount of money I was 10 years ago, my wages have gone nowhere and my coworkers have all become Mexicans and I get to have English lessons everyday. Meanwhile, everybody is telling me that the immigration problem is good for the economy. Not my economy but someone's I guess.

Absolutely.

I've benefited from his tax cuts even when I was earning only about 45k a year.

Because of his good economic policies, I now earn quite a bit more.

His war on terror has kept us safe since 9/11.

My taxes went down. But I would gladly trade my tax cut for the deportation of 12 million illegals, which isn't going to happen while Bush is President.

Actually, that was just the dividend tax cut.

no they're not good.

This pointless war for example creates news in this country to be focuses on WAR constantly.

That's not good for anyone.

Everyone wants peace and wants to be happy and living in this kind of environment created by Bush is not good for that.

The bush's make America a very hateful and negative place.
