Unblocking instant messaging?

Stupid netnanny stopped me from bringing it up normally so i went to http://unblockyoutube.com and clicked MSN instant messaging which is what i have an account on. I put in my passport and password, it said signing in: this may take a minute, and after a minute it just went back to unblockyoutube.com! Why didnt it work??

net nanny is really restrictive. it may be messing up a few things
