YES.
Legalization would save millions of tax dollars- from the raids, patrols, etc. It would also generate millions of dollars from taxing it.
Legalization would also keep it out of the hands of children. If a minor tries to buy a beer, they get turned down because the store clerk doesn't want a $500 fine. The dealer has no problem selling to a 12 year old. Legalize it and set the age requirement to 21, just like alcohol, and require proof of age before selling. Cities could decide if they want to carry it or not, just like there are 'wet' and 'dry' cities now that do or do not carry alcohol.
Marijuana is not the evil weed that government propaganda has made it out to be. Do some research before making up your own mind based upon FACTS.

No because if it was legal we would not only have deaths because people will have problem with a seller, which could be someone in a store but also the death from so many people using it, I still can't understand why people are stupid enough to use it, or even smoke.

Maybe legalizing Marijuana would help the economy, but I really don't know. I thought it was made legal medicinal purposes only.

No. We already have enough trouble with alcohol & tobacco. After those problems are eliminated I'll start thinking about legalizing marijuana.

I am totally against pot but people should have a choice, maybe. Alcohol used to be an illegal drug. It causes many more deaths than any other drug including many innocent victims who get run over. It is worse than pot and should be made illegal-- NOT CAUSE IT HURTS PEOPLE WHO USE IT, BUT BECAUSE THEY KILL KIDS WHEN THEY DRIVE WHEN USING IT.

for medicinal purpose only, otherwise NO!! it stunts users maturity and is inhaled like a cigarette, if kids or non-smokers were getting high from second hand smoke our society would have a whole bunch of new problems it doesent need
