if in good condition yeah . stop along the way when you gas up to check your fluid and tire pressure. you should be ok .

Take it to a garage, and have them go over the car. See if it needs belts, or a tune up, check tires, change the fluids, and all of the maintenance stuff. I doubt if you will have any problems, unless there's something you aren't telling us.

As long as it doesnt have a bunch of problems and make noises and leak a ton of fluids you should be fine. I dont see why it wouldnt make it unless your already coming across problems.

depends on how it drives on shorter trips. if it was taken care of decently, it shouldnt give you any problems. however, if it regularly had something or another giving you problems, i think it would be a little risky.
