There is such a thing as drama class. Some of them are audition, some are not. Check out local theater companies.
Also, Disney Channel is not easy. For MMC they auditioned 10,000 kids and they picked seven (Justin, Brittany, Christina...). Also, if your parent or siblings are famous, that would help (Miley Cyrus has Billy Ray, Emily Osment had Haley Joel).
Also try and calm your nerves about auditioning. If you are worried about drama club auditions, you are probably not ready for Disney Channel, seeing as they are highly selective.
I would recommend getting involved in local theater companies. Check online and in newspapers for auditions in your city, and build up a resume. Don't start with your cities prestigious opera company; you start with community/school theater and work your way up. It takes years.
Good Luck and I wish you well.

Writing them down (not typing them), reading them out loud, are a few of the tricks I use to remember song lyrics. Oh yeah, I guess using a melody to remember them helps too! Break a leg, kid!

I think you've got what it takes. Just be yourself as hard as you can be. And don't become too coherent or articulate which would just ruin your ingenuousness and keep you out of the tabloids once you're famous.
