I think it was seeing the difference in Neville when they got into the room of requirement, seeing that had the task fallen to him he would have been equal to it. and finally how he stood proud in front of Voldermort and killed his snake. loved that.

The whole series of HP books was brill and they will be handed down to generations to come.
Deathly Hallows tied everything up nicely and the 19 years later made sure that no books about the 'boy' wizard will ever again be written. Especially as Harry is now 36. Hopefully though, we can have some spin-offs, Albus Severus, James and Lily's adventures with Scorpius Malfoy for instance. Or maybe Teddy Lupin's story, whether he is a werewolf or not.
Glad you enjoyed them as much as I did. If you are looking for more to read, try Eragon and Eldest by Christopher Paolini, his 3rd book in the Inheritance trilogy should be out by xmas or early next year.

Predictable really. Harry and Ginny,Ron and Hermione.Boring.
Anyone that read between the lines would know even before the end that Ron would be with Hermione and Harry with Ginny.
I would like a mini spin-off series about the rest of the gang. The wealseys, the Malfoys and maybe life after the deaths of some loved ones.

I liked the whole thing. I thought the part where he had to get "killed" was cool. I liked the intensity of the whole section with the "war" at Hogwarts. I also like the way it ended. I knew since way back that Hermoine and Ron would get together & Harry and Ginny, too. Best book in the series, but they are all awesome!

Oh my gosh, where to start: I was nervous from the beginning. When they got into the Ministry of Magic I was biting my nails all the was through, and also when they went to Godric's Hollow. Man!! I cried when Dobby died, and also when Fred and the Lupins died as well. My favorite part would have to be when Harry "saw" his parents and talked to them about death and they went with him to face Voldemort. I thought the part after he "died" was really very deep and emotional, as he talked to Dumbledore. The absolute best part was when he faced Voldemort and no matter what he did , Harry just remained calm and explained everything to him. Then Voldemort got killed and I could finally breathe!! Oh yes, I liked the part where Wormtail got his!! All in all the BEST of the whole series!

I liked the idea of having Neville take the sword out of the sorting hat. And that he killed the wolfie... :P
The i'm-dead-but-i-come-back-more-powerful thing was too much like Gandalf's in LOTR IMHO.
