If you don't want to go to the local homeless shelter or other charity organizations, then take your car to a 24-hour store, like Wal-Mart or a grocery. Park far enough from the door that you're not taking a prime parking space but close enough that you're amongst people. (It will also supply the bathroom you will need.) Make yourself comfy inside your locked doors and sleep. During the day, when it's hot, go to a park or the library or some large air conditioned place like a mall. You can clean up well in most public bathrooms but washing your hair isn't easy so you might ask if you can use the showers at a public pool or campgrounds. Move your car every night so you're not obvious.
This is just the barest basics. Living on the streets is easy once you start doing it and realizing how things work.

Head to an employment agency ASAP. Call them every day until you are placed on a temporary assignment. The students are going to start heading back to school now thereby leaving many job vacancies behind. Many employment agencies will train you on MS Word and MS Excel. Stick to the more reputable ones.
What is important is that you do not spend anymore of the $220 than is absolutely necessary.

Try getting a job as a waitress. Can make really good money with tips and it doesn't require much experience.

Find a woman's shelter or the YWCA. They'll give you a place to stay until you can get on your feet.
