Is the Harman Agency (in PA) reliable?

They seem to be a well founded Agency, does anyone use it or have used it in the past?

If I were you, I would start off only using Sag agents, that way you know you will not be taken for your money, becuase they only get paid when you get paid and their is no up front cost.
The Harman Agency does not look like they are with the union, and their is usually a reason for that.
