first of all take a couple hrs each week&clean your pc.heres
how, #1use disk cleanup #2 defragment #3remove temporary
files,#4 delete history files #5whether you use norton or-
McCafee run a complete computer scan,the scan will check
for adware/spyware/viruses&other stuff that may infect your
computer.it's a pain in the butt to do this, but in the long run
its worth it.i do it once a week.fogot 1 thing if you can find
them#6 delete cookies they slow down your comp. also.

The same thing happened to me and someone cleaned up my start-up menu for me, and it runs great now. Also try deleting programs you never use. The more memory space that is being taken up can also slow your computer down.

close any unessacery programs that you don't need which DOES slow your computer down also when you have too much storage that is another thing why it is running slow.......or on the other hand it might be your provider but try the first two things first then move onto technical things

Don't know it this will work.If you have DSL, You can try unplugging the phone line & the modem for about a minuit & plug them back in. Resets it.
That's what I have to do once ia a while.

it could be a few problems. your carrier could just be slow, your cookies could be too full. or your memory could be filled with too much videos or pictures that you might of downloaded

use adaware or spybot search and destroy to get rid of adware
