I was looking online at the Eurostar, b/c I want to go from London to Paris for a day. It said a youth is still 25. Do they have better deals for young adults of that age? If this is true, I should go before my birthday in December.

Yes it is cheaper if you are under 26. If you make up your mind, do not take long to book, as prices start to rise...

Where ever this sites talks about youth it is till 26, so till your birthday you qualify.
But hotels and hostels do not have as many reductions or the age limits might be 18.
Make sure you have proof of age handy, as a few places do have reductions.

they consider youth till the age of 26 so you should get some discount
