Today, I would send my Thanks to a special friend on 360 who encouraged me to exercise.

Without changing my diet, I have lost 6 lbs. since Aug 1. Today, I start my strength training and begin to change my diet.

I am so thankful for this caring person who is supporting me thru these changes. I could not have started my change-over without this person's encouragement and support.

my sainted mother, without question. i was lucky enough to get to tell her that before she died. it's because she went through so many hard times with humor and grace. and she uplifted everyone who met her.
