There are upsides and downsides for both. Being single, I like not having to answer to someone else, not having to report where I'm going or how long I'll be, etc. I like not fighting about normal little everyday things. I like not having to consider someone else's feelings or wants or needs. I like being able to do as I please in my own space. I like knowing no one is relying upon me or me being somewhere for them, etc. But, in a relationship, I like good companionship, having someone to go do things with so you can remember it together and compare notes, I like the sex. Ok, for me, single seems to be preferred.

I like both. Single because I can do whatever I want, and I don't have to worry about being cheated on and having my head broken. In a relationship because I have someone I can talk to, and depend on, and who will love me no matter what happens.

Right now, single is fine. Some day I would like to have a relationship with someone who is decent.

Yes, I enjoy being single. But, would still like a companion on occasion.

I wish I were in a relationship with Tobey Maguire (hopefully), so that no one would try to fix me up with their so-called lame loser friends. As of right now, (and probably forever), I'm single and liking it.
