Something besides, spanish, mexican, and languages like those.
I was thinking Japanese and started, but that was too complex for me.
What do you think about Romanian?

And don't suggest French either.

romanian is from the same base as french, spanish,portuguese, and italian so it will be very similar

i suggest latin even though it is dead, the languages i listed are based off of it an it has connection in germanic languages too, if you want to see what other languages you can learn easily go to rosetta stone's website, they have a lot of programs though the price is high its worth it

Don't learn any language - that is the easiest, as you clearly don't have any idea (or give one) for using the language. Romanian? A language rich in literature and with millions of speakers to converse with?
What languages do you already know? You have shot down the most widely used languages, which because they are widely used have been trimmed and streamlined more than obscure languages.

Try studying Russian Romanian is fine and easy to learn
Russian as different Alphabet letters and pronunciations are different from the english alphabet but not too much different
for example
cat in Russian Kowka pronounced as Kohsh Kah
Dog in Russian is pronounced as Cobaka (Soh bah Kah)
Get the book learn Russian in 10 minutes a Day by Kristine Kershul
learn Russian the fast and fun way by Thomas R Beyer Jr
