I would absolutely cure Diabetes. Many people who have diabetes, from head to toes, would amputate one of their body parts, and it's so sad. I really don't want to see someone in a wheel chair. I would love to see this world as a peaceful planet. Otherwise, people would be walking around on the streets with illnesses!

It would definitely have to be cancer and then maybe Alzheimer's and Dementia (seeing as the two usually go hand in hand). To watch someone (especially a close family member) go through this only to lose the battle is quite heart-wrenching and the pain that it causes both the patient and those that are left behind, is unnecessary and unfair.
Cancer can and most probably will affect all of us at one point in our lives. Everybody has cancer in their body's, it just takes one thing to set it off.
There are so many illnesses and diseases that crop up everyday and we all wish that we could cure them all, but alas...this is virtually impossible.
