I came here garanteed a job but when I got here it was given away.Now I am stuck here with my kids,looking for a job.Does anyone know who is hiring.

Go to the hr department of all the hotels in person and ask. The Stratosphere is across Las Vegas Blvd.
Ask some one where the HR office is. Move on to the next. Don't push it on them but be honest about how you are between a rock and a hard place and therefore you will not fool around and will do all you can to keep your job.
When you start looking for a place to stay then avoid the area west of the Stratosphere north to Down Town.That is the worst part of Vegas. Once you get a job do not gamble. Then things will be o.k.

These days , u must have good credit, good back ground chech to even be considered for hire, The competition is very strong, I am not discouraging u, but it is not easy here as it once was, The good paying, ones , if you get in, you work your way up or if u know someone and that is rare these days. I say go get any job. save and go back home it is a hard city, I know Been here 27 Yrs, all has changed, then it once was.. I have seen alot of people stuggle here thru the yrs, and it is sad for them , and the children good luck

If you do not mind starting out at minimum wage while you find something better and have a clean criminal back round, may I suggest security unlimited? They will hire you right away.

culinary union 226 does the hiring for alot of the strip hotels and it is a good thing to join. they have alot of casino positions.
