They do but in the heat of the moment we're overshadowed by all the negative things that we don't see anything positive that can become of whatever situation we're in....we need to remember the saying that goes "when it's dark enough you can see the stars."

To an extent; lessons can always be had in good and bad, in disguise or not ~ what is in disguise for some, is common sense to others. With lessons come blessings. =)

oh yeah, and i embrace it. it is hard to be thankful for the good and the bad. be patient, there is a reason, you just have to have a little faith. getting serious here.. we all must die sooner or later. what ever or whoever is holding you down, you must break free and live your life to the fullest, stopping and smelling the roses. refusing to settle for just anyone to fill the void. it is so simple, that you can't see it, you have choices, make the right choice, for you.
