Love is love, I agree. If you love and respect someone and want to make the commitment to spend the rest of your lives together, then you should do it. And I don't believe God said it's not okay. My God is a loving, caring God, and would not discriminate. But that's my God. Everyone has her/his own opinion and I respect that.

My brother has been with his partner for 24 years (25 in November). They have been together longer than ANY of my other brothers have been married. What they do has no bearing on my life. I see nothing wrong with same sex marriage. The only ones who do have a problem with it just want something to ***** and complain about. Same sex marriage doesnt effect their lives.

I don't think they are wrong. Who am I to judge what others do when they are happy? We all have a right to be happy no matter who we fall in love with. It should not matter if it is to a person of the same sex or not. As long as the two are happy and want to spend the rest of their lives together, then I say let them be. :-)

People have their opinions about everything, but the bottom line is that everyone has the right to live their life as they see fit and to find happiness along the way.

Marriage is lumped in with biblical references that don't exist. Separation of church and state. The homosexual community should have the same rights to marriage, health coverage, next of kin, and other things we heteros take for granted...
It's a stupid law that is being fought for by hypocrites (Mr. Chaney) and complete idiots (aha Georgie boy)

I don't have a problem with it at all, why should i? What two individuals decide to do with their life doesn't effect me in the slightest. I am all for same sex marriages.

because there are a lot of close-minded people in the world. And no God didn't say that. Peoples private lives should be just that --private. Who are we to judge?

Because some people don't know how to mind their own business and are always worried about what other people are doing.
