If it´s red wine ? then pour a little white wine over the stain . Now blot with kitchen paper. Once you have the stain out sponge with cold water. Lay a towel with a heavy object on top , this will help soak up any remaining water from the underside of your carpet. Leave like this over night , then allow to dry with natural air
