Most - Ben Franklin (The press was in his blood, and invention. He would have loved to Google.)
Least - George Washington (Military general wouldn't want anything to do with it - that is orderly work.)
g-day!

This is an interesting question. I agree with the first responder and that all would eventually become computer literate. I think the first that would have pick up on it quickly would have been Benjamin Franklin. He was an inventor, so he would have found the computer and the Internet very interesting. The least literate could have been one who was the most conservative and would resisted change, so that one I cannot pick. The ones who resisted change are the ones I cannot remember.

Ben Franklin would probably be the most computer literate because he was so multitalented. He'd probably have written the c language and a compiler for it when he wasn't flying his kite, etc.
James Madison might have been the least computer literate. He was a serious political philosopher who wrote the Bill of Rights and much of the Constitution and Federalist papers. Sounds like a different mindset from a computer nerd to me.

The founding fathers actually had it right. Every man is created equal and has three unalienable rights; life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Now, to your point, the "men" who have committed atrocities in the name of these people who were trying to escape dictatorship in the monarchy in England, have shamed the entire institution that the founders were trying to create. True Christian values shouldn't have to be Christian but values of welfare for you fellow man. The founders believed that without a divine persecution at risk, men would do whatever they wanted. And they did it anyway; even the KKK uses the bible as their motivating tomb. Personally, I am agnostic, but raised Episcopalian. I believe that my value system is rooted in the welfare of my well-being and that of others. Don't get me wrong, my country has trained me to really put a hurt on you if you try to invade my space and I most certainly will. If you think that you can violate me where I live, than you are worthy of my wrath. Being a Black man, I could empathize with what you wrote, but I believe in that there is good in man. That, I believe despite being an agnostic to organized religion. Hope that makes sense.

I would give a different candidate for most -- Thomas Jefferson. He was probably the most tech savvy and inventive of the founding fathers. Monticello was as advanced for its time as the Gates's home is for our time.
My hunch for least tech savvy would either be Washington or one of the Lees.

Franklin and Hamilton most; the Virginians - Washington, Jefferson, Madison - least. John Adams would use one, but he wouldn't be into it. Robert Morris would figure out a way to make lots of money with them.

I think they would all become computer literate in a short time just like we did. There's no difference between those folks then, and us now. They would learn just as fast as we do. The only difference is, we have this technology, and they didn't.

Assuming you built a time machine and dropped in their midsts in 1792, all would be computer illiterate; and very confused about the strange box with a glass fronted box connected to it by rubber-coated metal.
sorry, I had to do it...
