Thanks for the answers so far, i've seen most of the movies listed and i agree, they are pretty sick.

I have to say I've never seen a horror movie that made me sick. Scared the sh** out of me yes, but not sick. I work in a profession that I see deceased persons quite often. Everything from 'long time dead', to natural, to violent, and worst of all, car accident. Unfortunately Hollywood hasnt quite gotten the 'dead body' down yet so I find most movies like Hostel, Hellraiser, etc a bit stupid. I will confess that the picture of the exploded body in Saw III is the closest I have ever seen to what a torn body looks like

Ew. nicely your first mistake replaced into staring at The Human Centipede. i could not sh*t for a week without questioning approximately it. Your superb wager is doze off staring at Elf or some thing, provided that action picture is merely too f'd up. that's going to stay by using, little doubt.

Not sick, but definitely not a nice thing to watch.
The hills have eyes, the one from 2006. I hate that movie.
I haven't seen the others but I think they are the same.

Ringu or the ring 2. I watch it when i was younger at night and i freak out. I had nightmare for a week.

"Hostel 2" was pretty bad. There wasn't much to it except tons of gore. It was very sick indeed.
