Yes, because i have covers to keep me warm and when i'm too hot, i just take them off and be cool with the fan.. im very lazy to be turning the fan on and off all through the night..because its either im really hot when the fan isnt on, or im really cold when the fan is on..=)

Every night. Right now it's on high cuz it's summer. But even in the winter it is on low every night. If it isn't on I can't sleep because the air isn't circulating and it gets stuffy. I like the white noise it creates as well.
