Really confused right now!
Think i may be pregnant, i know its bad, its very bad!

I don't think you are going to find anything this useful way Vogue. Either go see your GP or your mum. You will need to talk to one or both of them sooner or later.

If you've had sex and then you didn't get your expected period (or if it's late!) then you might be pregnant. Go to the drugstore and buy a few pregnancy tests of different brands. If they all come out positive then you know you're pregnant. If you are pregnant, then make sure you tell a trusted adult. If you don't feel comfortable going to your parents about it, that's fine. You can go to an Aunt or a much older cousin that can help you with this. Even though, you know.. your Mom would be able to help you out a lot even if she's disappointed at first. If you make any bad decisions about your baby now, you will be very very depressed later. Please be strong with this and make the right choices. Good luck!

Okay love, you're 14 - it's not the end of the world. If you had sex in the past couple of weeks (i.e. very recently), it's hard to know. It may be that you freaking out about it is throwing your cycle off, this is very common.

The first thing you should do is have a test, get one from a chemist or drugstore. Establish if you really have something to worry about. If that test proves inconclusive, go to a doctor and have them do one. I know this could be hard for you, but you need to know for sure so that you know what you need to do next.

I think too that you should talk to your Mum. You certainly need to talk to some adult you trust, preferably a woman. If there is an office near you that advises on unplanned pregnancies, go to them for information on all your options. You might also be able to get a test done there.

It's not the end of the world. And please wait a few years before having sex again, 14 is a bit young, and use protection.

third if your pregnant you need to decide what to do, im personally against abortion but if thats what you decide you should look up the procedure & thoroughly think it through dont make the decision too quickly & talk to a teacher, mum or family friend as you cant reverse the decision obviously

How could you have sex at 14, before marriage? That's ridiculous- you need to save your virginity until you find the man you want to spend the rest of your life with- too late, now. You need to talk to your mom and make an appointment with a gynecologist.

Take a test to find out. No one can tell you if you are pregnant or not. If you have had sex protected or not protected, you could be pregnant, there are not guarentees with contraception so go and take a test asap.
