No there are no restrictions. However since you are a minor, your parents will have to be involved in all contract negotiations and sign on your behalf. Therefore, I always recommend that when you are writing and trying to sell a book, you make it a family affair and get your parents involved from the beginning. It is good that they know the business and can advocate for you. Because you are a minor, they may need a literary attorney to work on contracts for you so that your assets are protected.
I have added this question to my list of starred questions. I started starring important Q and A on writing so you can access them by adding me as a fan instead of weeding through all the Resolved Questions. There is a lot of great information starred. You can print out the pages and study them.

There aren't restrictions but a publishing contract, like any contract, must be signed by an adult. Involve your parents. And don't stop writing. It's a wonderful gift.

At the back of the graphic novel there sometimes will be an age guideline (eg Teens and up) and will say contains mild language and sex references for example. But no law restrictions apply, just only a recommendation.

I don't know what it is, but if you are too young the good part about it is that it will give you time to keep making improvements on your writing skills.
Go take some college courses whether or not you get a degree in the end you have learned from your teachers. I went to college and took biology related courses and I wouldn't know as much about arachnids as I do know if I hadn't.

I would think that as far as publishing, age does not matter as long as your text is good. There will probably be some additional work if you are under 18 and then your parents will probably have to be part of it in order to protect your interests.

The only restrictions are related to your ability and of course your "marketability"
If you are very young, it might play to your advantage as a novelty marketing ploy.
Also, go for the many contests available to young people, it could provide that break you are looking for.
