No, people need to get a grip, and do their own homework! Why bore everybody by displaying all the dumb words to some song that doesn't interest us in the slightest. They should have gone to yahoo or google in the first place. Actually, by giving out the exact posting link, someone is saving them a couple of steps. No, that's not rude!

I prefer to think they're just trying to help. But that's not always the case. And frankly, I seldom bother to check the links. If I wanted to research the question on the Internet, I could do that on my own. If I'm asking a question here, it's because I'm looking for answers from real people. Good question.

Yup, someone posted a link to a page just the other night.
Was a bit embarrassing what it linked to as well.

I think its rude and annoying even when I'm just answering questions and reading how others responded, so yes it would be even more so to me if I asked a question.....

Yes it is - your question should be all about YOU, they should be thinking about you and concentrating on YOUR question.

It's like someone showing up to your wedding wearing full bridal regalia, complete with veil. THAT'S how rude it is!

yea its like they're not even concentrating on your question, just putting an answer so they can post their link .

hell yes.. you ask a question and you expect answers thats the way this works... not to ask a question then be foeced answer other questions just because they answered yours..

Only if that's all they do. If they put an answer, and ask if somone will answer afterwards, who cares?
