I'm 14. I experience back pain as well, but only for extreme lifting like weights. I play football(tackle) as a running back, and have never had an injury occur to me even with being tackled and landing on my back. Have you fallen on your back? If not, your back might be swollen. Or, you could have slipped a disc in your lower spinal area(Not likely), which is causing your back to use leg strength to move. I would recommend taking a break from playing soccer, and doing some simple back exercises, such as touching your toes, and extending your back, etc...1-2 times each day. It's probably just a result of prolonged use in your back, maybe you hyper-extended your lower back which is also extremely rare unless you do yoga. Also, if you had any back problems in the past, it may less commonly be arthritis, which is a result of cartilage in the lower back (which prevents pain) wearing out.
