If anyone has ever eaten at Chipotle, you will know that their burritos are enormous! I was just wondering, according to a normal serving size for a meal, how many servings a Chipotle burrito?

Chicken Burritos 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or 4 cans of precooked chicken 2 cans diced green chilis 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 16 oz container sour cream 2 cans chopped black olives 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 8 burrito-sized tortillas Preheat oven to 350 grease a 13 x 9 baking dish Poach chicken breasts (boil) til no longer pink in the center and shred in a big bowl. Add chilis, olives and 1 can of the soup, mix well. In a seperate bowl combine the remaining soup with the sour cream. Roll up 3/4-1 cup of the chicken mix in the tortillas, continue until mix is gone. Place burritos in the prepared baking dish and top with the soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted in the middle.

I would venture to guess at least 2 if not 3. If you have ever eaten in a Mexican restaurant, servings are very large. I usually count each serving as 3.

It's one serving to a Burrito no matter how the size is or other wise they would of cut it in half ,if they cut it ever how many times thats how many servings you have.

Depends on the person eating it, how much they can consume. I'm with you though they are huge so it would be at least 2 meals for me.=)

Usually enough for 2 hungry people with chips/salsa, and wash it all down with a couple of margaritas....*hic*
