i'd like to share an internet connection between a g3 ibook with osx 10.3.9 and a desktop with win xp. it would be a wired connection. is this possible at all; do i need some special software for it? what specific configurations do i need to do on each of the two computers?
i could connect them for file sharing before, but never tried to make an internet 'network'. so i'm curious if i should bother at all:)
any help really appreciated

If you can configure the computers for file sharing, then you will definitely be able to set up a shared internet connection. Just use a router to connect the two computers to your internet source. As far as shared drives through a network, im not sure if that will work, but even if it doesn't work, you already know how to do file sharing, so you wouldn't need a networked drive.

You just need to buy a router. $40 at walmart.
