So Jason Giambi wasn't punished for his steriod admission, and is again playing baseball.
Who believes that he is actually back to try and help the Yankees win some games and was not really let off with a slap on the hand because of his "charity work" and helpfulness in the steriod investigation, as the commisioner says. How many athletes do YOU know who are let off of charges because of their charity work? Do they really think that the public is that naive??

Giambi and Bonds are in totally different situations. Why? Giambi ADMITTED it. I don't know if Bonds took steroids. But, Giambi told the truth and they're letting him play again, because he was honest about it, it was still wrong, i'm a yankee fan, and i still think it was very wrong. But he came out and hes back on the field.
besides, 1st base is probably the yanks weak spot.

Giambi wasn't punished because the commish wants players to cooperate with Mitchell's investigation. The message is that if you cooperate, he will be lenient on steroids admissions

yeah... def dude... Yankees need Giambi.

he prolly got busted and made a deal to keep it quiet... that's what I think.
