No, nothing, not ever!! It would be similar to playing Bridge. In the beginning, everybody plays cards, laughs, eats junk food, and jokes around. The next time, everyone gets together, somebody yells out, "Hey, let's all throw a dollar into the pot, just to keep it interesting." Immediately, the talking stops, and there are nudges and stares for those ignoring the unwritten silence-code. It becomes nearly impossible to get replacements. And in the end, it's only the desperate, "blood-suckers" that participate on a regular basis. It's the beginning of the end! No, thanks! I've already been there, done that.

but then, we'd go through the hassle of giving ur details each time, and remembering more passwords. and if someone gets hold of ur details ur screwed, but at the moment u can just click on, and go and what does it take to take a few minutes and answer a q? most of the time we just star or read the jokes, there's hardly any 'real' questions on here anyway, its not worth money or whatever just to say lol. and if it worked that way then more than likely the asker would have to provide the reward and we would have to pay to use the service do u wanna pay to read qs?

I would...
I've heard some people have received tote bags and things like that from Y!A but I haven't. Most of those people didn't have very many points either so I don't know how or what they did to get it. I think at least top contributors and people with over like 15,000 points should get some type of reward...After all we are the ones who make this site!

No! There should not need to be any extra reward, why must everything we do be rewarded with cash all the time! Surely the sheer satisfaction of helping others and seeing the answers to interesting questions should be reward enough?

No, its based on being nice and helping out other members of society, if u want to be a personal advisor for someone thats different. i enjoy this because sometimes its quite funny or sad and you can pour your heart into the questions that u can relate to.
so, in conclusion no rewards, points will do me, as i understand this is a social network, and we would probably have to pay membership in order to pay for the presents.

No! It's already addictive - if there was a real incentive then we would be on here even more than we are now and we'd all be unemployed and sat in our undies stinking the house out. Potty i the corner, dishes piled up in the sink and empty bean tins all over the floor. Imagine!
