Where has our summer gone? We live in North Lincolnshire which has been severely affected by the floods of July and now. It's now pelting it down again and it has done all day. We haven't been given any sandbags but having said that, our road hasn't suffered badly.
However, on our way home from work, it was obvious that that the hotspots from last month are building up again.
What's going on in your neck of the woods?

Hi,sorry about your floods & hope the rain stops.I live in the North east we have had nothing but wind,rain & Mist.The leaves are coming off the trees.At the moment no rain however its dark.Think we have had summer blinked & it disappeared.

We live in Lincolsnshire, we drove home last night from Liverpool and came through Brigg/Caistor, then onto backlanes to our home, surface water ws terrible...plus its raining again.

I'm in gloucestershire It's raining so much today! Went shopping i got soaked = [ so much for summer eh? It hope this stops it makes me so miserable! Roll on summer '08

It depends where you live. Illinois is where I live, and Joliet has been getting a lot of rain too.
