schlotzky's serves a wonderful pastrami and swiss sandwich. it's a bit heavy on the oils, and begs for a cool glass of iced tea as an accompaniment, but it's the first place i would look for a great P & S.
elementary schools still specialize in phonics and spelling in the early grades, don't they? maybe politics and sociology are emphasized in later years, but the cornerstones of P & S need to be taught at these early years, wouldn't you agree?
and as far as nuts go, pecans and shells are a crunchy and messy combination, but unbeatable if you're looking for a nutty P & S experience.

I love Brazil Nuts!!! yum only thing they are so hard to get out of the shell
My lovely nephew used to do that for his Aunty at Christmas doo's just because he was a lovely boy & knew i loved them so much & I couldnt get them out properly!!! :)*hugs* to you too

Walnuts are very high in antioxidants. They are the choice of nut for the health conscious P & S'r.
