I don't see anyone marrying a man and infant... besides it isn't the governments job to instill morality, that comes from the home.
We need laws to protect the innocent but how far does that go. If a young teen is pregant should she be able to marry the young father? What if the parents adopted until... I can't answer this question. To many things to look at.
