If you only had sex a week ago its too soon for morning sickness, that usually kicks in around 4-6 weeks.
She won't know until her period is due. She can take a home pregnancy test on the day it is due.

What do you mean not feeling well? I don't think she can be experiencing morning sickness that fast, if she is then it's very rare. I suggest that you or her or both go and buy a First Response pregnancy test, which can detect pregnancy hormones as early as 4 days before her regular period. She could be feeling ill because she's nervous and/or scared because you had unprotected sex. After taking the test and she is not preggers, consider this a wake-up call for one of you to use birth control. Another reason could be is that she can be more several weeks pregnant, even if you used birth control weeks ago. Not all birth control is fool-proof, I'm living proof of it. My Mom was on the pill when I was conceived. Don't want to scare you, just stating the facts.

I'm not sure that there would be such definitive signs after only a week. Although, there is a very big chance she could be if you had sex without a condom. You should do a test and try to find out as soon as possible, but just remember, so early on, a negative result isn't always accurate. Also, a girl can be so stressed out thinking she's pregnant as to make herself believe it to be true. Take a deep breath...

I dont think that your girlfriend not feeling well would be to do with pregnancy this early on. From experience though, some pregnancy tests arnt always accurate if you do one straight away and the dr advises you wait about 2-3 weeks after. You can get some new fangled tests that show results results after a week though!

If you had unprotected sex a week ago, it take a couple days for the sperm to reach the egg to conceive. I think a week is too early to even begin to have symptoms, and if she did conceive, it was probably only a few days ago. Take a pregnancy test when her period is due. Good luck.

I very much doubt she would be feeling sick after a week, you have to atleast of missed 1-2 periods before sickness/illness may start, ive had2 children and wasnt feeling sick till 3months on. i would probably say she most likely faking it. In any case i would advise her to take a pregnacy test if she misses her period. Good luck.

If you're worried about it, get her to take a home pregnancy test. In my experience with all the mothers I know, I've never heard of someone experiencing symptoms of being pregnant so soon. If she's stressing about it that could be making her feel that way.

I doubt she'd start feeling morning sickness after just a week, but that doesn't mean she's not pregnant! Without a condom, she may be.
